| The
IR-M1000 Series is reflection system on-line moisture
meters utilizing the infrared absorption of moisture.
Converting capabilities are built into the compact designed
detector unit for easy installation and operation. Maximum
99 calibration curves can be stored into memory for many
applications. The unit can be used by itself or by combining
with personal computers as an analog output and a communication
function are provided with. A setting
display unit connectable with maximum 9 detector units
can set various kinds of setting items of the detector
unit and displays moisture value. |

Features
- Built-in
converting capabilities
The converting
capabilities are built into the small, lightweight
and compact detector unit.
- Key
and display function
The detector unit has operation
keys and digital display function and can be used
by the unit itself. In addition, the calibration and
the creation of calibration curves at site are easy.
- Measurement
with high-speed and high sensitivity
By high-performance CPU and
improved optical components, high speed (output renewal
cycle: 28ms) and high sensitive measurement can be
performed.
- Setting
display unit
The setting display unit has a front
panel of 96 x 96 mm and can connect with up to 9 sets
of the detector unit. The communications interface
between the setting display unit and the detector
unit is by RS-485.
- Protective
structure conforming to IP-65
The enclosure of the detector
unit and the front panel of the setting display unit
conform to IP-65 for severe atmospheric condition.
- CE
Models complying with CE are available.
- Explosion-proof
construction
Models complying with [ExdIIBT4] is
available.
