DP1000 Series Digital Program Controllers

 

 

The DP1000 series high-function program controllers with multi-setting and universal inputs can store maximum 99 kinds (maximum 1000 steps) of program patterns into memory. This high-precision program controller has the indicating accuracy of ± 0.1% and a control cycle of 0.1 second.

Features
  • 99 kinds (maximum 1000 steps) program patterns
    Patterns consisting of maximum 99 steps can be stored into memory by maximum 99 kinds (maximum 1000 steps in total).
  • Memory card
    Since a 64-Kbyte memory card is used, the contents being set to the program controller can be copied, and also, the setting contents in the card can be copied to the program controller for easy reduction of setting time and simple program pattern control every process. Program patterns can be extended up to 2000 steps when the card is used as an extension memory.
  • Free program pattern configuration
    Program patterns can be set flexibly by partial repetition of program steps, repetition of entire patterns, linkage between mutual patterns, and endless linkage of patterns.
  • Clear graphic display and interactive setting
    Owing to a large screen (30mm x 75mm) having the resolution of 40 x 96 dots, this program controller offers the collective or progressive display of program patterns and other versatile display functions as well as the interactive setting by UP/DOWN keys or ten keys.
  • Preset of PID constants by auto tuning
    16 kinds of PID constants can be provided as built-in constants consisting of 8 kinds of PID constants optionally selectable every step and 8 kinds of PID constants automatically selectable according to the SV values, so that optimum program control can be executed over a wide temperature change.
  • Multi-phenomenon programs by master/slave system
    A program run can be synchronized by one master unit and plural slave units to be able to execute the temperature-humidity (dry bulb, wet-bulb) control, temperature/pressure control, etc.
